You need to explain: I see in the tags "Thanksgiving Rolls". Excuse my ignorance, right away I thought these were croissants ready for the oven. They're not?

Those are the crescent rolls that we made for Thanksgiving with our family. They were hot, delicious and buttery right out of the oven!
