This is such a great photo! The water looks quite murky, but this duck looks like it's lost its head! How funny!
Interesting that you used to enjoy treats from the College Dairy. It has been gone for quite some time (way before my time), but there is now a gas station where the dairy used to sit, and it is referred to as the "Dairy Express," or, to us long-timers, the DX. I'm sure its treats are nearly as nice as the dairy's were.
Did you used to live in the Walla Walla Valley?
Ducks seem to have such a good time!
