Alan is a legend among the people who walk the Timpanogos Caves trail... he hikes it twice a day! At one time he was hiking it 5 times a day. He is a friendly guy and if you see him along the trail, tell him hi.

Thunderstorms rolled over my house this morning at 4:00 AM and thunder and lightening woke me up. By the time I was up and drinking my first coffee, the rain was hitting my skylight pretty hard. It sounded like some kind of war going on. The noise is great.
Your photo is really nice. Your portrait is compelling. Alan is standing with a background on an acute angle. It makes the scene and what he does even more interesting.
